Need-v-Greed

Today's verse o' the day:

Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. Matthew 6:33 NLT

Why couldn't that say want?

It doesn't say "want" because if God gave us everything we want, we would be like spoiled children and we wouldn't NEED Him anymore.
